kkkbd Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between kkkbd and its members. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on kkkbd, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Kkkbd is an international online gaming platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh. We offer Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, and other gaming services. In this document, "we", "kkkbd", or "the platform" refers to the kkkbd operator and its affiliated entities.

"Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual registered on kkkbd. kkkbd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time — members will be notified of any changes via email or an in-account notification.

A valid account is required to access kkkbd's services. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• Each individual may register one account only. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• During registration, you must provide your real name, mobile number, and email address. Submitting false information is a violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Keeping the account password secure is the member's own responsibility. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is entirely at the member's risk.
• Any unusual activity detected on your account must be reported to kkkbd support immediately.
• A kkkbd account may not be operated in the name of, or on behalf of, any third party.

If any registration details change after sign-up — such as a mobile number or email address — the member must update their information promptly through kkkbd support. kkkbd is not responsible for any missed communications sent to outdated contact details.

Kkkbd strictly enforces an 18+ age limit. Any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from opening an account, placing bets, or using any services on kkkbd.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory process at kkkbd. It must be completed before your first withdrawal or any transaction above a specified amount. Required documents include:

• A clear scan or photo of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• A selfie holding your ID document, with your face clearly visible.
• Proof of address — a utility bill (electricity or gas) or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
• kkkbd may request additional documents if needed. Failure to cooperate may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Kkkbd supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. All deposit transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted channels. Information on minimum and maximum deposit limits can be found in the Payments section of the platform.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are typically credited to your kkkbd account within 1–5 minutes. Network delays may occasionally extend this time.
• Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed — funds can only be withdrawn after being used for betting or gaming.
• kkkbd will never ask you to send deposits directly to a personal bank account. If you receive any such request, treat it as a scam.

Cryptocurrency and other non-standard payment methods are not currently supported. Should new payment methods become available in the future, kkkbd will make an official announcement.

Kkkbd is committed to paying out members' winnings as quickly as possible. A sufficient account balance and completed KYC verification are required to process a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on your account. Requests to send funds to a different number will not be accepted.
• Processing times vary by VIP tier — 24 hours for Bronze, 12 hours for Silver, 6 hours for Gold, 2 hours for Platinum, and instant payouts for Diamond members.
• Any winnings from a bonus must meet the associated wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• If suspicious activity, fraud, or a potential breach of rules is identified, kkkbd reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• You may be required to go through an additional verification process before your first withdrawal.

Kkkbd regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is announced.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered users only. No individual may claim the welcome bonus more than once under any circumstances.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time frame. Once expired, a bonus is automatically forfeited.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Misuse of the bonus system — such as attempting to extract bonuses through opposing bets — is a serious violation of the Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.
• kkkbd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Separate terms may apply to VIP bonuses, high roller bonuses, and special event bonuses. These terms can be found on the relevant section page or through your dedicated manager.

All bets placed on kkkbd are processed in accordance with specific rules. The decision to accept or reject any bet rests entirely at kkkbd's discretion.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a "Cash Out" option is available on the platform, in which case those specific terms apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. However, for accumulator bets that were not fully completed, the odds for the cancelled event may be counted as 1.00.
• kkkbd reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error or technical fault is identified in the odds.
• If an internet disconnection occurs during live betting, whether a bet was successfully submitted will be determined by the platform's server logs.
• If evidence of unfair advantage in betting is found, kkkbd reserves the right to void the relevant bets and any associated winnings.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on kkkbd. These rules exist to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a fair experience for all members.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illicit funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Bonus Abuse — claiming bonus benefits through opposing bets or under a false identity.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Impersonating kkkbd staff or misrepresenting one's identity in a fraudulent manner.

Kkkbd reserves the right to temporarily restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
• Suspicious transactions or activity are detected on the account.
• At the member's own request, as part of a self-exclusion or Responsible Gaming program.

If a suspended member believes the decision was made in error, they may appeal by contacting support@kkkbd.asia. kkkbd will review the matter within 72 hours. Members may also request account closure at any time, in which case the remaining balance will be returned through the standard process.

Kkkbd believes gaming should be fun — not a source of problems. We encourage our members to play responsibly and provide a range of tools and resources to help them do so.
